Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the surface panels you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely repackage the items in their original protective packaging to ensure they are not scratched or damaged during transit back to our warehouse.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label or use your preferred carrier to send the package to our distribution center, ensuring the Return Authorization is clearly marked.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned surfaces for resale condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
